How browser-based processing works here
Your PDF and logo image both open in your browser, where the logo is embedded once and drawn onto each eligible page locally using your device. The finished file never leaves your device during this process.

Supported files: Standard, non-encrypted PDF files, with a PNG or JPEG logo image. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs aren't currently supported.
Honest limitations
- PNG and JPEG logos only — WEBP and other image formats aren't supported yet.
- The logo can only be anchored to one of the 4 page corners, not a free-form or centered position.
- Height is always derived from the logo's own aspect ratio — there's no independent height control.
- No rotation control — the logo is always placed upright.
- A custom page range is limited to pages that exist in the document; out-of-range page numbers are ignored.
No artificial daily task limits. Processing capacity depends on your device, browser, file size, and page count.
Troubleshooting
My logo upload was rejected.
Add Logo to PDF accepts PNG and JPEG images only. If your logo is a WEBP, SVG, or another format, convert it to PNG or JPEG first — a PNG with a transparent background works best for repeated branding.
"Your page range and skip-first-page setting leave no pages for the logo."
This happens when your settings resolve to zero pages — for example, choosing "First page only" together with "Skip first page." Adjust the page range or turn off skip-first-page.
The logo looks too big or too small in the preview.
Adjust the logo width control — height always follows the logo's own aspect ratio automatically, so you only need to set one dimension.

Can I add my logo to every page of a PDF at once?
Yes. Choose "Every page" as the page range and the logo is stamped on all pages in a single pass, reusing the same embedded image so the file size stays small.
How is this different from Add Image to PDF?
Add Image to PDF places one image at a single position on the pages you pick. Add Logo to PDF is built for repeated branding: it anchors your logo to a page corner and applies it across a named page range (all, odd/even, first/last, or a custom list), with a one-click option to skip a cover page.
Will my logo's transparent background be preserved?
Yes. If you upload a PNG with transparency, the transparent areas stay transparent in the output PDF — nothing is flattened onto a white background.
Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. Turn on "Skip first page" and page 1 is excluded even if it would otherwise be included by your page range — useful when page 1 is a cover page that shouldn't carry a repeated header logo.
Can I place the logo in the center of the page instead of a corner?
No — Add Logo to PDF only supports the 4 page corners, since that's where repeated branding (headers, letterhead marks) typically belongs. For a single image placed anywhere on the page, including the center, use Add Image to PDF instead.
