This policy explains how ItsaPDF handles your files and any data related to your visit. It's written to match exactly what the site does — not what we might do someday.

Your files

Every PDF and image processing tool on this site runs locally in your browser. Files you add to a tool are read into your browser's memory and processed on your device. ItsaPDF has no file upload endpoint, no backend server that receives file content, and no database that stores files. We do not see, receive, or retain the contents of any file you process on this site.

Cookies and local storage

ItsaPDF uses your browser's local storage to remember the cookie preferences you set (see ourCookie Settings page). No advertising or marketing cookies are active on this site. Google Analytics (see below) is the one non-essential script we use, and it never loads or sets a cookie until you explicitly accept analytics cookies in the banner or on the Cookie Settings page.

Third-party services

ItsaPDF is hosted as a static site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — page views and which tools are used, not the contents of any file. It only loads after you accept analytics cookies, sends your IP address to Google with IP anonymization enabled, and is configured to deny ad-related storage (no advertising or ad-personalization signals are sent). You can withdraw this consent at any time on theCookie Settings page. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated into the site.

Changes to this policy

If ItsaPDF introduces analytics, advertising, or any feature that changes how data is handled, this page will be updated to reflect that before the change goes live.
