How browser-based processing works here
Your PDF is read into memory in your browser, and the split operation rebuilds each output file locally using your device. Nothing is sent to a server at any point — the planned-output summary you see is built from your file's real page count, not a rendered preview.

Supported files: Any standard, non-encrypted PDF with at least one page. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs aren't currently supported.
Honest limitations

Troubleshooting
The page range I entered isn't accepted
Double-check the range is within the total page count shown, and that the start page comes before the end page.
I'm getting a lot of separate downloads
Use the ZIP download option to receive all split files in a single archive instead of downloading each one separately.
The PDF won't upload at all
Confirm the file isn't password-protected — encrypted PDFs currently need to be unlocked elsewhere before splitting.
